Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We hand pick, pack and post all of our orders from the OTSDR Studio in Keswick, Lake District, UK. 

UK standard delivery: Free
Europe tracked delivery: £7.50
USA / Canada / Australia tracked delivery: £10.00
Rest of world: £15.00

Orders are hand picked, packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, so all UK order should arrive within 5 working days of you placing your order.

European orders should arrive within 15 working days of you placing your order, but please allow up to 25 days during busy periods.

Orders from outside Europe usually arrive within 20 working days, but international postal services do vary so please allow up to 30 working days for your order to arrive.

Unfortunately, OTSDR cannot accept responsibility for additional import costs associated with ordering from overseas.

Limited Edition Approach 

OTSDR promotes a sustainable approach to product production, only producing what we need, which means we create small batch runs of our products. We do not hold excessive stock. This means that sometimes we are unable to offer an exchange as the size/colour/product may have sold out. In this instance we will offer you a 100% refund. 

Exchanges

OTSDR understands that sometimes products don’t fit the way you expect. We’re happy to exchange your item for another size providing we have the item and size in stock. Due to the limited edition nature of our products we don’t have excessive stock so can’t guarantee an exchange. If this is the case, we will fully refund you. 

All product exchanges must be received within 30 days of receipt, the item is as new, in original packaging. If this is not possible then it’s at OTSDR’s discretion if the item will be exchanged or refunded. 

You are responsible for your own exchange shipping costs. 

We recommend tracked shipping as OTSDR is not responsible for lost items. Please make sure you provide us with an updated tracking number.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.

Wrong Item 

All of our orders are hand picked, packaged and shipped from OTSDR HQ in Keswick, Lake District, UK. If in the rare instance we’ve sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately on studio@otsdr.space and we will cover your return shipping and replace the item or refund upon receiving the item back.
